Toitū Design —

It was a privilege to work with Arekatera Maihi (Katz) and his Toitū team on a recent Pou Rakau project. Creating new connections and building a deeper understanding of both the art form and the stories behind Arekatera’s craft.

Working closely with Katz and his team inspired a series of graphic forms and shapes for his Toitū brand. A mark that speaks to Arekatera’s strength and skill in weaving his art form across different kaupapa, bringing things together for the benefit of all.

 

A timeless and enduring mark, that holds the bold personality and creative confidence of Arekatera and his Toitū team. It was simply an honour to work on this for Katz, flowing all our gratitude and respect for their craft into the crafting of the identity.
